1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the item being purchased or delivered, whichever is later.
2. Proof of purchase is required.
3. The item must be in a re-sellable condition, except for damaged or faulty items.
4. The item must be eligible for return. Please see the non-returnable items list below.
5. The item must be in its original packaging.
1. Items or food that are damaged prior to receipt;
2. Items with an expiry date that precedes the delivery date;
3. Treatment products such as Tick & Flea tablets and sprays (unless the expiry date on the item precedes the delivery date);
4. Items specifically marked as non-returnable.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, or if we have delivered the wrong or faulty product, please email support@vkboerdery.co.za immediately to initiate the return process.
We take pride in our attention to detail, but mistakes can happen. If we have sent you an incorrect, faulty, or expired item, we will arrange for collection and provide a replacement or refund at our expense, as quickly as possible.
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will need to arrange for the item to be returned to our farm at Plot 74 Karee Ave, Hope Valley, Bloemfontein, 9338, at your own expense.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% administration fee for returned orders if the returns process incurs significant administrative costs.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will replace the item or process a refund (where applicable) promptly after receiving the returned product. Refunds typically take a maximum of 14 working days from the date we receive your returned item, and we will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued via the same method used for the original payment.
